Return Policy
You may return most new, unworn unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please try to keep tags attached. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is because of any other reason (ie doesn't fit, doesn't look right etc.). you are responsible for the return shipping costs and it will be deducted from your refund when we receive your item and process your refund. We will send you the return label and always will use the most inexpensive shipping option.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
All orders will receive free shipping. You will receive your package within 3-5 business days from when you place your order. Please note we are operating on the east coast and any shipments received after 5pm Eastern time will be shipped the following business day. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday we will ship it first thing Monday morning. If you need expedited shipping that is always an option.
Local Delivery & Curbside Pickup
We offer local delivery within 10 miles of our Pittsfield, MA location. We also offer same day curbside pickup. Orders received after 6pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Usually orders are delivered after noon. You will receive an email/text the day of delivery letting you know a time frame of delivery. If you need something quicker we offer curbside pickup or feel free to contact us if you need something delivered quicker and we will do our best to make it happen. We will contact you via text/email once your order is delivered to your doorstep.
